While the public security, procuratorial organs, and the people's courts in China face less fierce competition in digital transformation, due to the insufficiency of public resources in the social life, cutting financial expenditure, improving the efficiency in government services, and saving human and material resources in public services, to provide better services for the people, are still top concerns facing the government institutions today. The public security, procuratorial organs, and the people's courts target a wide audience to provide a wide range of services following rule-based processes, which involves a daunting workload. Under these circumstances, robots can be implemented to automate those repetitive and tedious work with extremely low fault tolerance, in a bid to reduce labor costs and improve the efficiency of services.
Public security organs
In the prevention and control of Covid-19, public security organs are required to help complete demographical registration in some densely populated areas in order to track people's movement in case of an emergency. However, such complex registration work poses a grave challenge to the staff at the primary level.
