Take air transportation as example. The company has a number of branches and offices set up at home and abroad, but no integrated system has been in place internally, which, in combination with the outdated IT platforms and its resulting information delays, creates data silos between systems, thus limiting the efficiency of the internal communication. For its customers, the data across travel platforms are stored disorderly, and a huge amount of data about flight schedules, and air ticket reservations need to be synchronized and sent.  All of these contribute to heavy workload in human work, and too much time consumed.  For its employees, such work is of less value, and also prone to errors.

 

 

【Introducing Cyclone RPA】

 

 

1. First, an integrated information system was built for the company to break down the barriers of various systems, and integrate the information from the central control room, regional branches, offices, and Covid-19 prevention and control data centers. In the event of abnormal and important information, RPA Robot will synchronize them in time and send it to the relevant person who will take prompt actions once receiving it.

 

 

2. Previously, the flight schedule had to be updated in various ticket sales platforms following the notice, then  shown at the appropriate locations, and sent to all customers’ mobile phones. Such work was tedious and cumbersome, and has to be completed by humans. With RPA Robot in place, the robot will update the flight information across platforms, and automatically send reminders to all customer holding tickets when it receives the flight ticket data, which is fully automated, thus boosting the efficiency 98%.

 

 

3. For customers’dynamic information such as refunds, it took much effort to manually review them, though no real value was created. However, the refund RPA robot can handle refunds on behalf of human workers by receiving applications, reviewing qualifications, arranging refunds, and updating flight information. The process can be fully automated, therefore freeing up the human labors.
