This Privacy Policy (" Policy") describes how Cyclone Robotics collects and processes your personal data (" Personal Data"), when you are visiting our websites, and/or using our products or services. 1.If you are (i) an individual or (ii) a representative of a business organization at the time you register to become a user of Cyclone Robotics software and/or purchase services provided by Cyclone Robotics, you may be asked to complete registration forms which require you to provide information such as your name, email address, job title, mobile number, industry and country.
2.We record details of your activities (including any purchase or use of our product offerings and services) when you use our products and/or services for legal and/or business purposes.
3.When you contact our customer support, sales or other departments, we may record the communications for security and customer services purposes and collect additional information to verify your identity.
4.When you connect to Cyclone Robotics social media accounts, you agree to share with Cyclone Robotics your social media profile data such as your name, telephone number, email address, friends list, photo, location, interests and any other Personal Data you make available on your social media platform.
5.We also obtain business contact details from Cyclone Robotics affiliates, customers, partners, service providers and those organizing or hosting events that we participate in. We use publicly available information and service providers to provide us with business contact details for businesses and people that we think may be interested in our solutions.
6.Cyclone Robotics does not have access to Personal Data you use with the on-premises services.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
1.We may use your Personal Data for achieving product features and services, providing support for products and/or services, processing your transactions, contacting you, complying with applicable laws and regulations, sales and marketing activities and other purposes based on your consent, which may subsequently be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
2.Your Personal Data may also be shared among Group Companies. Group Companies may separately or jointly be necessary for providing you with certain products and/or services. In such cases, your Personal Data may be provided to such Group Companies in order to provide necessary support in delivering our products and/or services. 3.We may engage third-party professional agencies to process your Personal Data on behalf of us to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data processing. Your Personal Data will not be transferred to such third-party professional agencies without your prior consent. With your consent, we will require the third-party professional agencies to take information security measures to protect your Personal Data by means including but not limited to written agreements and on-site audits, and when the principal-agent relationship is terminated, require the professional agencies to return or destroy your Personal Data per our instructions.

1.We have implemented the protection mechanism combining security management and security technology to protect your Personal Data. For security management, we have established security organization with professional security team. We have developed security process which consists of secure SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) and incident response process. And we have also adopted security compliance with multi-level security scheme. Security technologies include application security, host system security, data security, audit log, and security tools. To mitigate the risk of leakage, we provide security for the entire life cycle of automated processes through various methods including encryption of keys, data transmission and storage, log encryption, role permission isolation, audit logs, etc.
