In the Bank of Liuzhou automation project, Cyclone Robotics created and implemented 6 automated processes, including daily inspection and monitoring, BOM report downloading and checking, SMS reminder on daily positions, monthly report checking, daily reporting to PBOC, batch settlement in core businesses. Let’s look at the three main processes in detail.
1) BOM report downloading and checking: Download the financial report (balance sheet, income statement, business status statement, profit and loss statement, and management expense statement) at the beginning of each month for processing, and assist the Trade Finance Department to download the Hong Kong Dollar Business Status Statement and the Multi-Currency Converted USD Business Status Statement.
2) Daily reporting to PBOC: Download the whole-bank business status statement from the general ledger system every morning, complete the A3702 daily report with the relevant indicators (deposits of non-depository financial institutions in the banking industry) in the reporting portal and download it, and compare them with yesterday’s data. In case of the any difference larger than RMB 500 million yuan (inclusive) or any changes to the deposits of non-depository financial institutions in the banking industry detected, send an email notification before 9:00 in the morning to request more descriptions from business personnel. If no cases like above are detected, automatically send the report to the People's Bank of China through Guangxi Interactive Platform before 9:00 every morning.
3) Batch settlement in core businesses: Automatically execute the batch settlement in core businesses at 0:00 every night to realize intelligent operation and maintenance.
