Scenario in logistics customs declaration: Relevant persons are required to log in to the Customs Declaration Management System every day to check out To-Do and Completed Task List, submit and view logistics customs declaration information (> 30,000 transactions per month), and collect and verify the data in more than 10 stages for approval. Then, download the data that meets the customs declaration requirements through the backend system, fill in the processing time of the customs declaration auditing and feedbacks into the EXCEL worksheet, calculate the processing time of each stage, and total time spent, and then send an email for manual review.

Scenario in logistics operations: Relevant persons are required to log in to the logistics information retrieval system every day to follow up with and monitor the status of transactions (> 40,000 per month). For those transactions that have been signed off, finalize them and download and input their data; for those that that have not been signed off, follow up with them and continue tracking their statuses. In case of any abnormal  transactions detected, check and track its details and download the data by status manually. Furthermore, when the transaction has been finalized, and the data downloaded, it needs to be input into the system for human review, which is time consuming.

Scenario in automatic data returning: Relevant persons are required to log in to the logistics data return system every day, upload the finalized data in Excel (> 50,000 transactions per month). For the abnormal data, check and verify it manually; for the normal data, sort it out. Since no error message will be available regarding the abnormal data, they need to be checked and verified by manpower, which increases the labor costs.
