This is the third year in a row for Cyclone to be included in the Magic Quadrant™ RPA Report on behalf of Chinese enterprises.

This time, we can finally say it with proud that the strength of domestic RPA products is not only leading in Asia, but also widely recognized worldwide.

This is the fifth year for Gartner to release the Global Magic Quadrant™ RPA Report, showing its great emphasis to the RPA track. After just four years of practice and exploration, Cyclone is recognized in the Challengers Quadrant.

Gartner Magic Quadrant™ positions vendors basis two key dimensions: execution and vision.

The evaluation criteria of execution capability include: product and service evaluation, overall reliability, sales execution/pricing, market response/record, marketing execution, customer experience and operation, etc. The completeness of the vision includes the evaluation of market strategy, sales strategy, product strategy, business model, vertical/industrial strategy and innovation.

Entering the Challengers Quadrant means that the performance of Chinese RPA vendors is recognized worldwide, and the quality of their products and services has reached or even exceeded the industry standards.

It is a great honor for various RPA vendors to be included into the Gartner Magic Quadrant™ RPA report, which represents the recognition of the report on the comprehensive strength of the vendors.

As one of the top 10 vendors in the world, Chinese RPA vendors will get global enterprises attention and are expected to enter their technology procurement list.

2 Be a leader of the global digital wave in the era of AI

In light of the fierce competition in the global RPA market, Cyclone stands out with its excellent services. Its products and services are highly praised by customers, and its market response and sales execution are also outstanding. At the same time, Cyclone has demonstrated solid leadership.
