Data silos across platforms from a number of stores


Today, live streaming has risen as a major tool in the e-commerce industry with abundant channels to receive orders. However, the systems in the company are too old to interconnect the order data from multiple platforms in the background, resulting in data silos, and putting a heavy workload on the data analysis and, financial settlement.


The large volume of orders to be handled in repetitive processes


As the Double Eleven, June 18, and Double Twelve shopping festivals are approaching, there will be a massive amount of orders to be handled at one time. It would take a lot of time and energy to handle them manually, and human operations are also prone to errors.


Faster update in commodities, and complex listing process in the platform


The company has a wide range of products, which should be updated in a timely manner with their latest introductions and prices in the platform as the shopping festivals draw near, to attract more consumers. However, listing them in the platform is cumbersome, and manual operations may result in delays in updating.

 

Introducing Cyclone RPA

 

In the company's automation project, Cyclone Robotics built an omnichannel operation center for it, where the orders from online stores can be managed at one stop with the help of RPA robots. To update the listing of commodities in time, Cyclone Robotics also built Automatic Listing robots to help list commodities in an automatic way with one click, realizing the intelligent e-commerce for the company. The robots can collect new commodities in Excel, then automatically log into the system to fill in the data, verify and approve the listing, which reduces the workload to list the commodities of various categories at one time, increasing operational efficiency.
